Yes, We are Open - Our Safety Measures Concerning COVID-19
We understand concerns about Coronavirus (COVID-19) are top of mind for many people right now. In addition to staying connected to national CDC and state guidelines, we have been closely observing the Department of Public Health’s information and outreach initiatives. With the fast-changing nature of this situation, we are being proactive and taking steps that will allow us to continue to provide our essential locksmith services in the field.
Most importantly, we are taking steps to keep our customers and our technicians as safe as possible. We have begun stringent cleaning and sanitation measures, following best practices for preventing the spread of illness recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
We would like to let everyone know A-Bullet Locksmith is still open. Our technicians are required to check in each day to ensure they don’t have an elevated temperature, cough, sore throat or other signs of illness. Minimal customer contact is necessary as we can perform most our services without the customer present. We ask that contact with our technicians be held to a safe distance of 6ft or more. Our technicians carry bleach based sanitizer and are required to wipe down surface areas the come in contact with.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Rebecca Hayes, 770-757-2422 to find out more information concerning our safety measures.
First, check for a physical address and legitimate business name. The phone books and online searches are full of phony operators. Locksmiths with toll free numbers are suspect. Often the biggest ads quoting the cheapest prices are frauds.
Second, make sure the operator answers with the NAME of the business. Not something generic like “locksmith service”.
Third, ask that the price quoted includes the service call AND the actual service.
Fourth, ask for the name, what they are driving and the direct phone number of the locksmith responding to your call. Some legitimate locksmiths may use a dispatch service, but they will gladly give you this information for your safety.
Finally, NEVER, EVER give them your credit card number before they have completed the service to your satisfaction.
